Step back in time at Repeal Speakeasy, a hidden gem inside Tempo by Hilton that blends the mystery of the Prohibition era with exceptional hospitality, classic cocktails, and elevated dining.

We’re looking for a Host to join our award-winning team and be the first impression of this unforgettable experience. You’ll welcome each guest with warmth and confidence, manage reservations and seating, and set the tone for every evening.

Experience is preferred, but HOSPITALITY is required! If you bring a polished presence, strong communication skills, and a passion for guest service - we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet all guests with warmth, professionalism, and a touch of speakeasy charm
• Manage nightly reservations, walk-ins, and seating rotation to maximize the guest experience
• Maintain waitlists, quote accurate wait times, and communicate clearly with guests
• Create an inviting and mysterious first impression that matches the Repeal vibe
• Assist with menu and concept knowledge, answering questions with confidence
• Help reset tables and assist the team during transitions or high-traffic periods
• Uphold service standards and act as a key part of the guest’s first and last impression

Requirements:

• Personable & professional demeanor
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible & timely, strong work ethic
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to take direction, team oriented
• Experience with Resy preferred, but not required
• Availability to work dinner service only

• Be able to stand for a long period of time
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs without assistance
