Villagio Hospitality Group is growing! We’re seeking talented and passionate Cooks to join our award-winning team at the brand-new Tempo by Hilton. As part of our opening culinary crew, you’ll support both Moonsong Café - a stylish café with curated light fare - and Repeal Speakeasy - a hidden, Prohibition-inspired lounge featuring refined small plates and bold flavors.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals for both Moonsong Café and Repeal Speakeasy, maintaining consistent quality and presentation
- Follow standardized recipes and plating specifications provided by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
- Maintain a clean and organized station while adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Operate a variety of kitchen equipment safely and correctly
- Assist with food prep, batch production, and mise en place for both day and evening services
- Manage time effectively to stay aligned with prep, service, and cleaning expectations
- Work collaboratively with the full kitchen team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Uphold Tempo by Hilton and Villagio Hospitality Group's values, mission, and brand standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a line or prep cook in a high-volume or upscale kitchen
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, equipment, and culinary techniques
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and adaptable - ready to support both daytime café and evening lounge operations
- Capable of following direction and maintaining consistency across service outlets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional kitchen training
- Previous experience in multi-outlet hotel or restaurant group settings is preferred
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work morning, evening and late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays
