The Property Service Runner is responsible for supporting the property maintenance and housekeeping teams by performing basic repairs, delivering parts and supplies, and assisting with day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple properties. This role requires reliability, organization, and a strong work ethic, as it involves a mix of hands-on tasks and logistical support. * Seasonal Position*

- Assist maintenance technicians with routine property repairs such as light bulb replacements, filter changes, minor plumbing, and painting.
- Conduct basic inspections and report issues to the maintenance supervisor.
- Ensure maintenance storage areas and vehicles are stocked, clean, and organized.
- Provide access to units or facilities for contractors or service providers as needed.
- Perform basic cleaning or trash-out tasks in vacant units or common areas.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, mileage, and inventory as directed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to staff and resident service requests when required.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to travel between multiple properties throughout the day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, walking, climbing stairs)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with team members, vendors, and residents/guests
- Comfortable using basic tools and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts if needed
