As Our Culinary Administrator, You Will
- Provide administrative support to the culinary department, including scheduling, inventory management, and procurement.
- Assist in menu planning, costing, and maintaining recipe databases to ensure consistency and quality in culinary offerings.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between various culinary outlets and departments to streamline operations.
- Manage documentation and record-keeping related to food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with regulations.
- Support the Executive Chef and culinary team in implementing culinary initiatives and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Assist in training and development programs for culinary staff to enhance skills and uphold resort standards.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a culinary administrative or support role, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Knowledge of culinary terminology, menu planning, and basic culinary techniques.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with culinary team members and other departments.
