Service Area
Our Northern Virginia service areas include Alexandria, Annandale, Arlington, Ashburn, Aldie, Burke, Centreville, Chantilly, Fairfax, Fairfax Station, Falls Church, Gainesville, Great Falls, Herndon, Leesburg, McLean, Reston, Sterling, Springfield, Vienna, and Woodbridge.
VIGEO reviews ZIP codes, travel expectations, and the primary coverage area before assignments. Visits are grouped geographically whenever possible. Coverage outside the agreed area is reviewed before assignment and depends on your acceptance and agency needs.
Compensation Structure
Pay is $80-$150 per completed, authorized visit with required documentation, depending on visit type. This is a PRN W-2 pay-per-visit role, not a guaranteed hourly schedule or salaried position.
Typical visits are approximately 45-60 minutes. Actual time can vary based on patient needs, visit type, documentation, travel, and clinical circumstances. Required training is paid separately. Final visit categories, rates, paid non-visit work, and mileage terms are reviewed before hire. Patient volume varies with referrals, census, geography, clinical fit, and availability; no fixed number of visits or hours is guaranteed.
Onboarding And Training
All VIGEO clinicians complete a structured two-month onboarding pathway as they ramp into active visits. This includes paid required orientation, EMR and documentation training, competency validation, compliance training, and role-specific clinical support. Timing and visit assignment ramp may vary based on credentialing, availability, role requirements, coverage needs, and clinical readiness.
