Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health, PRN/Contract
AMANA Home Healthcare Agency – Manassas, VA & surrounding areas
AMANA Home Healthcare Agency is looking for a compassionate, licensed Occupational Therapist to provide home visits for adult clients in the Manassas area and nearby Northern Virginia communities.
Pay: $70 per visit
Schedule: Flexible, PRN/1099 contract. You choose the visits that fit your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Complete in-home OT evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Help clients build independence in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
- Recommend home safety modifications and adaptive equipment
- Educate clients and families, and coordinate care with our team
- Complete accurate, timely visit documentation
Requirements:
- Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation
- Home health experience preferred (at least 1 year)
- Professional liability insurance (for contractors)
Pay: From $70.00 per day
Work Location: On the road
