The Role

Lead Victory Lap's Sales Development function, owning both talent development (our bootcamp) and client delivery (our outsourced SDR teams). You'll build the engine that creates A-player SDRs while ensuring our clients get consistent pipeline results.

This is a rare hybrid role: part training leader, part sales manager, part revenue driver.


What You'll Own

Talent Development & Bootcamp Leadership

  • Run monthly sales bootcamp: Lead live training sessions (1 week/month, 2 hours/day)
  • Develop curriculum and winning plays that accelerate SDR ramp time
  • Curate top performers for Victory Lap placements and client teams
  • Build scalable training programs that consistently produce quota-crushing reps

Team Management & Coaching

  • Manage outsourced SDR teams (currently 15 reps, scaling up
  • Provide hands-on coaching, skill development, and performance support
  • Help reps build confidence and capability week-over-week
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement and winning

Client Success & Strategy

  • Partner with clients to deploy the right strategy, motion, and messaging
  • Ensure SDR teams deliver consistent, qualified pipeline
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Own client satisfaction and retention for Sales as a Service division

Business Development & Brand Building

  • Build go-to-market strategy to keep Victory Lap brand front-and-center
  • Lead sales calls alongside CEO to win new partnerships
  • Represent Victory Lap in the sales development community
  • Create content, case studies, and thought leadership

Talent Development

  • Graduate 200 bootcamp participants annually
  • 80% of graduates successfully placed or deployed to client teams
  • Bootcamp NPS score of 9 /10
  • Scalable curriculum and training materials documented

Team Performance

  • SDR teams hitting 85% of pipeline targets
  • Rep tenure averaging 12 months
  • Weekly coaching sessions with measurable skill improvement
  • High team engagement and low turnover

Client Delivery

  • 90% client satisfaction scores
  • Clients renewing and expanding contracts
  • Consistent pipeline delivery (meetings, opportunities, pipeline $)

  • Support growth from 6 → 25 Sales as a Service clients

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • 3-6 years of sales development leadership in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record developing green sellers into quota-crushing reps
  • Experience managing SDR/BDR teams (ideally 10 reps)
  • Track record delivering consistent pipeline results
  • Strong coaching and training skills


Skills & Capabilities

  • Deep expertise in modern sales development methodologies (multi-channel outbound, social selling, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (you'll be teaching daily)
  • Data-driven approach to performance management
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
  • Natural relationship builder—clients, reps, and partners all love working with you

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000

Profit Sharing: Participation in company profitability

Equity: Opportunity for ownership stake
