Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations across multiple stores
- Develop and standardize culturally authentic menus
- Train and manage culinary teams
- Ensure food safety, quality, and consistency
- Control food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Drive presentation and sales of prepared foods
- Expertise in Cape Verdean / Portuguese / West African / South American cooking
- 5 years culinary experience; 1 years multi-unit leadership
- Strong management/leadership ServSafe certification
- Ability to travel between locations regularly
