We are seeking a detail-oriented Grocery Merchandiser to join our team in Roxbury, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that grocery products are displayed effectively and attractively to maximize sales and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product displays to ensure they are neat, organized, and fully stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled with accurate pricing and promotional information.
• Conduct regular quality checks to remove expired or damaged products.
• Collaborate with store management and other team members to optimize merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a grocery merchandiser or in a similar retail merchandising role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move products as needed.
