We are completely remodeling our space and launching a fresh restaurant concept focused on quality, creativity, and a standout guest experience. This is a rare opportunity to help build something from the ground up and play a key role in shaping our culinary identity.
The Role
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Chef to lead our kitchen and bring our new concept to life. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and motivated to design menus, build systems, and lead a strong kitchen team in a newly renovated restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute menus aligned with the new restaurant concept
- Leading day to day kitchen operations
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and quality control
- Hire, train, and lead kitchen staff, as well as scheduling back of the house staff
- Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure consistency, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with ownership on concept development and seasonal offerings
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
- Strong knowledge of menu development and kitchen operations
- Leadership skills and the ability to build a positive kitchen culture
- Creativity and passion for high-quality food
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $70, $85,000.00 per year
