Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food production, food handling, and food service management, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining cost control and inventory management standards.
- Supervise and mentor culinary staff, promoting professional growth through training in food safety, food preparation techniques, and team management.
- Oversee banquet and catering services, coordinating with event planners to deliver memorable dining experiences aligned with client expectations.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols and dietary department standards.
- Manage inventory control and procurement processes to optimize food quality and minimize waste.
- Foster a positive team environment by providing clear shift management, performance feedback, and recognition of staff achievements.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role within the food industry, preferably with fine dining experience.
- Extensive background in food production, kitchen management, and restaurant operations.
- Demonstrated success supervising culinary teams with strong leadership skills and team management capabilities.
- Experience in banquet service, catering operations, and large-scale event coordination is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, food safety standards, and dietary requirements.
- Skilled in menu planning, food presentation, cooking techniques, and overall restaurant or hospitality management.
- Prior experience handling diverse responsibilities including shift management, food service oversight, and catering logistics.
