- Assess, monitor, and document patient condition, including telemetry and vital sign trends
- Administer medications and perform post-surgical nursing interventions
- Manage wound care and drainage systems according to clinical protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary support staff
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families and support safe discharge planning
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to handle complex post-surgical care
- Competency in telemetry and vital sign monitoring
- Medication administration and wound/drain management skills
- Effective communication and teamwork within a patient-centered environment
