- Monitor and support up to 12 patients/residents under nursing supervision.
- Assist with hygiene, nutrition, comfort measures, and safe mobility/transfer assistance.
- Obtain/observe vital signs and recognize/report clinical changes.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
- Complete accurate documentation and communicate concerns to nursing staff.
- Ability to provide compassionate, direct care and follow care plans.
- Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and patient comfort.
- Competency in observing, reporting, and documenting patient status changes.
- Effective communication and teamwork with nursing supervision.
