Program Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing community-based services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Key duties include facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP), supervising a team of Caregivers, and providing direct support such as assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care. The role involves a mix of direct support, professional activities, and supervision, along with administrative tasks like staff hiring, training, and scheduling. Facilitates community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related work experience
• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Licenses or certifications as required by regulatory authorities
