We are seeking a skilled CVICU RN to provide critical care in an intensive care unit.

- Assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, recognizing subtle changes
- Administering complex medications and treatments per critical care protocols
- Operating advanced life support equipment and performing hemodynamic monitoring
- Ensuring patient safety, comfort, and addressing physical and emotional needs
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
- Educating patients and families about treatments and recovery
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize care
- Maintaining proficiency through ongoing training and adhering to infection control standards
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and other assigned duties
- Minimum of one year recent ICU experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move and operate equipment, with visual acuity for effective communication
- Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and collaborate effectively
