Telemetry Technician

We are seeking a Telemetry Technician to monitor cardiac and oximetry rhythms for telemetry patients. Under supervision, you'll report rhythm changes and collaborate with physicians on cardiac pattern interpretation. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean environment to ensure quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Completion of basic EKG cardiac rhythm recognition coursework within six months of hire
• At least 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting

• Medical terminology coursework
• Experience monitoring ECGs for at least 16 patients
  
  

Key Duties: Surveillance of cardiac rhythms, reporting changes, interacting with physicians, and ensuring a safe environment. Requires strong knowledge of EKG interpretation and communication skills.
