- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for adult/geriatric patients based on nursing standards and theoretical concepts.
- Collaborating with diverse care teams and adapting to various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
- Serving multiple facilities, including hospitals in different communities, with flexibility to float between units.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in the state or applicable compact license.
- Minimum of one year recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialty units; Epic experience is a plus.
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS for critical care areas.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with patient movement.
