Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care needs. Monitor residents’ condition, observe and report changes to the nursing staff, and help maintain a safe, dignified, and comfortable environment.

- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal hygiene
- Support mobility and safe transfers as directed
- Monitor, document, and report health and behavioral changes
- Collaborate with nurses and an interdisciplinary care team to support care plans
- Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality outcomes
- Current CNA certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide patient-centered, compassionate care
- Basic understanding of resident care and safety practices
