Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing across all ages
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety and compliance
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current RN license in the state or Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Experienced RNs and new graduates
- Night shift RNs seeking premium pay and incentives
