Emergency Room Nurse (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Position Overview

Provide direct patient care in an emergency setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care according to established standards.

Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication administration.

Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Develop and document individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.

Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.

Maintain safety as a priority, working in a vigilant and responsible manner.

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing (RN license required)
• No prior experience necessary; supervisory experience not required
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience
