Clinical Nurse MRI

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities within established standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating them on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Actively participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
• Maintains a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational requirement: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licensure: Active RN license.
• Preferred experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Additional skills: Strong IV skills are preferred.
