Own Daily Operations – Conduct daily rounds, monitor system parameters, identify anomalies, and execute first-echelon troubleshooting to ensure optimal gas processing.
Safeguard Quality and Safety – Execute preventive maintenance, perform calibrations, and ensure all systems meet compliance, safety, and quality standards.
Operate with Independence and Integrity – As part of a small team, manage tasks across operations, logistics, and basic maintenance with minimal oversight.
Contribute to a High-Trust Team – Build rapport with a Marine and a Navy vet in a tight-knit, high-performance environment where reliability and communication are everything.
Prepare for Growth – Learn the systems, support the expansion of site capability, and become promotable to Operator II/III and beyond.
