Carew Concrete & Supply Co., Inc. is currently seeking a Ready Mix Plant Operator to join our team at our Fond Du Lac Plant!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the batching process for 6 locations remotely, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of concrete mixes. You’ll coordinate with on-site personnel, dispatch, and quality control teams to meet daily production targets and maintain safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor computerized batching systems for multiple remote sites
- Ensure accurate batching and delivery of concrete per mix specifications
- Troubleshoot mechanical and system issues as they arise
- Monitor material inventories and report needs proactively
- Support a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality control

- Mechanical aptitude – ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues quickly
- Computer proficiency – experience with batching software and systems
- Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior batching or plant operations experience is a strong plus
- Ability to drive heavy trucks, operate forklifts and end-loaders preferred
