MISSION
To deliver expert mechanical service and support for high-speed centrifuge equipment nationwide, ensuring mission-critical systems stay operational for clients in 24/7 industrial environments. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Diagnose and Resolve Mechanical Issues: Analyze high-speed centrifuge systems to detect vibration sources, misalignments, and wear. Repair and calibrate units across a wide range of equipment sizes.
- Execute Scheduled Field Visits: Work is performed daily at customer sites for preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
- Support Emergency Response: Respond to unscheduled breakdowns with flexibility and urgency. Work with the team to coordinate coverage without a fixed on-call rotation.
- Participate in Hands-On Training: Shadow experienced techs in field and shop. Partner with sales and engineering on startup installs to understand system lifecycle fully.
- Represent the Company with Professionalism: Serve as a trusted advisor and on-site expert. Uphold the family-first culture through communication, integrity, and dependability.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity

- Ownership and pride in work
- Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
- Mechanical background (automotive, aviation, HVAC, industrial maintenance, etc.)
- Electrical troubleshooting basics (wiring diagrams, energized system safety)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
- Must supply personal tools (standard mechanic’s kit); specialty tools provided
- Prior military service in mechanical or technical fields a plus
- Privately owned, people-first company with 35 years of history
- Stable team with long employee tenure
- Hands-on training and mentorship
- Shop-based work when not traveling
- Occasional international travel opportunities
- All travel expenses covered
- Overtime and holiday premiums when applicable
