We’re looking for a driven, style-savvy Assistant Manager to join our boutique team! This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves connecting with customers, and has a genuine passion for women’s fashion.
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring every customer enjoys a warm, personalized shopping experience. You’ll help maintain the boutique’s beautiful presentation, keep inventory organized, and bring creative energy to merchandising and styling displays.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver and uphold excellent customer service standards
- Assist with daily store operations and team management
- Operate a POS/Cash register with cash and credit/debit transaction
- Lead by example on the sales floor and provide coaching to team members
- Address and resolve any customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Merchandise apparel and accessories to showcase new arrivals and current trends
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Support the store in achieving sales target and operative objective
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- At least one year of retail or cashiering experience (or a solid reference)
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to read, count, and write accurately to complete reports and forms
- Proven ability to work effectively with team members and customers
