Role Description The Keyholder is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX, responsible for supporting daily store operations and delivering a distinctive Psycho Bunny customer experience. This role includes opening and closing the store, securing cash and inventory, and ensuring all operational procedures are followed. The Keyholder assists with retail sales, engaging customers on the sales floor, and offering styling guidance that reflects the brand’s bold aesthetic. Responsibilities also include maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, and communicating product features and promotions clearly to shoppers. The Keyholder collaborates closely with store leadership to uphold visual merchandising standards, support team performance, and help foster an inclusive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with a focus on creating welcoming, inclusive interactions.
• Retail Sales and Communication skills to engage customers, build relationships, and drive store performance.
• Solid Product Knowledge to explain features, fit, and care instructions, and to represent the Psycho Bunny brand authentically.
• Previous experience in retail or fashion environments, preferably in premium or lifestyle brands.
• Ability to perform keyholding responsibilities, including opening/closing procedures and basic cash handling.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift or move merchandise as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail, fashion, or customer experience is an asset.
