Role Overview
We are seeking a Sr. HCM Systems Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of enterprise HR technology systems, including Oracle HCM. This role will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, Reporting, and Integration teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with HCM systems, full lifecycle implementations, system configuration, integrations, reporting, testing, and production support in a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, validation, and post-production support for enterprise HCM systems.
- Configure and support HR technology modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Security, and Time & Labor.
- Partner with business and technical teams to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable system solutions.
- Support Oracle and other enterprise system releases, regression testing, impact analysis, and adoption of new functionality.
- Work with data conversion, reporting, analytics, integration tools, APIs, and downstream system integrations.
- Develop prototypes, documentation, reports, dashboards, analytics, and configuration recommendations.
- Support break/fix issues, enhancement requests, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide functional and technical guidance across project workstreams.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience supporting and configuring enterprise HCM or HRIS systems.
- Experience with large enterprise environments and full lifecycle system implementations.
- Strong knowledge of HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Security, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, data conversion, reporting, integrations, APIs, and analytics tools.
- Experience supporting Oracle HCM or similar enterprise HR platforms preferred.
- Experience supporting system releases, regression testing, reporting, analytics, and production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with workflow configuration, security, personalization, and system integrations preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant HCM, HRIS, Oracle, or enterprise application certifications are a plus.
Salary : $129,000 - $170,000
