The SR Art Director leads the visual strategy and creative execution for Experiences’ full-funnel marketing campaigns, ensuring a seamless brand narrative from discovery across to conversion. What You Bring
- Experience - 10 years in a brand design role, preferably within the entertainment or global consumer brand space.
- Creative leadership – ability to lead team efforts while working independently to deliver on individual responsibilities. Strong time management skills with the ability to toggle between daily and long-term tasks.
- Portfolio - A diverse portfolio of visual storytelling, layout, typography, motion and color that demonstrates how to solve complex business problems through elegant design solutions.
- Proven Platform knowledge – knowledge and expertise of photography, motion layout, typography, illustration, identity, digital production, and publishing across editorial formats and platforms.
- Strategic Execution: Proven ability to translate brand strategy into principles of design and cohesive visual identities.
- Clear communication – effectively applies visual skills to communicate complex ideas, helping align stakeholders with clarity and influence.
- Collaboration & influence – strong interpersonal skills with dedication to foster cross-functional teamwork with internal and external partners, and an open, positive, and collaborative environment.

- Mastery of Craft & Tools: Demonstrable expertise in visual storytelling and communication design (layout, typography, color) with expert proficiency in modern design and presentation tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Keynote).
- Asset Creation: Direct high-impact photoshoots for campaign and onsite marketing; collaborate with photographers, stylists, and producers to capture premium content that drives consumer engagement and supports the experience.
- Attention to detail – you will stay laser focused on design details to deliver best-in-class, integrated, and impactful consumer experiences.
- Industry & Entertainment culture connectivity – you will demonstrate an active interest and participation within the creative industry through professional connections, creative partner scouting, and trend leadership.
- Leadership & Magnetism: Experience leading internal teams and agency partners. You are a "talent magnet" who stays connected to industry trends and top-tier creative partners.

- You will lead concepting and campaign creative for Experiences' full-funnel marketing remit. Constantly elevating marketing output.
- Support onsite marketing and ongoing programming efforts for all locations.
- Partner closely with the Sr Creative leader to ensure all Experience Studio Creative efforts feel connected and consistent. Leaning in as needed to support the broader Experience studio’s internal and external-facing projects.
- Lead internal designers and external partners - through direction and hands-on creative work – you will lead in innovating thinking, collaboration, and execution. You will have the ability to present creative concepts with confidence.
- $150-200/hr.
