- BDR Ops Comp Analyst (Contract)

- Team: Field and BDR Insights
- Review and analyze BDR inputs and performance metrics to validate compensation qualifications.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and guidelines for BDR performance evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with BDRs, BDR leadership, and compensation teams to communicate findings and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements related to BDR operations and compensation structures.
- Effectively articulate and communicate decisions, including when to decline compensation requests that do not meet criteria.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BDR performance and compensation qualifications.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to sales operations and compensation.
- 3-5 years of experience minimum, no years of experience cap
- Top 3 skillsets: analytical thinker (strong excel skills), organized, ability to work with our business partners (weekly or more interactions with partners) which requires business process perspective while being empathetic to their needs.
- Requires operations experience
- Proven experience in a sales operations or analytical role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of BDR processes and performance metrics.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
- Comfortable delivering constructive feedback and making tough decisions when necessary.
- Fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. OR relevant experience.
- $30.00 to $34.94 per hour.
