About the Role:
We’re hiring a friendly, organized, and motivated Sales and Reservation Specialist to join our spa and wellness team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—on the phone —providing a warm welcome and expert guidance on our services.
If you love wellness, hospitality, and helping people discover experiences that make them feel great, this role is for you. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn incentives for guiding guests toward the right packages and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage treatment bookings
- Explain spa packages clearly and confidently to help guests make informed choices
- Promote and upsell additional treatments or services based on guest needs
- Coordinate with therapists and team members to ensure seamless service flow
- Provide guidance to guests on how to use spa facilities (sauna, steam room, etc.)
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a spa, wellness, concierge, or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable explaining service packages and encouraging upgrades
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills
