We are seeking skilled and compassionate Physical Therapists (Med/Surg) to join our healthcare team in Sierra Vista, AZ. The ideal candidates will provide therapy services to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury in a medical-surgical setting, helping them regain mobility and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation interventions
• Assist patients in recovery following surgery or acute medical conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families on recovery and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  
  

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

• Experience in Rehabilitation or Acute Care settings

Education & Certification
