We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapists (Med/Surg) to join our healthcare team in Sierra Vista, AZ. The ideal candidates will provide therapy services to patients in a medical-surgical setting, helping them regain functional independence and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional status and develop individualized therapy plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and motor skills
• Assist patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  
  

Nice-To-Have Qualifications: Experience in Outpatient, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care settings
