\n- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Improve patient outcomes related to mobility, strength, pain, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams on care planning and discharge
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona (or eligible)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within required timeframe)
- Experience in Outpatient, Acute Care, or Rehabilitation settings
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered care approach
- Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment
