HIRING -BOOM FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Position Summary 

The Warehouse Associate / Boom Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, loading, and unloading of granite and marble slabs within the warehouse. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, workplace safety, and timely order fulfillment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Operate boom forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. 
• Load, unload, and transport granite and marble slabs. 
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues. 
• Receive, store, organize, and track inventory accurately. 
• Assist with order picking, packing, and shipment preparation. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. 
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures. 
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve warehouse workflow. 

Required Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire. 
• Previous experience operating boom forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment. 
• Understanding of warehouse safety practices. 
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the workday.
