This is a hands-on role working outdoors alongside experienced crews on utility and construction projects, including underground utilities, fiber installation, excavation, site preparation, and infrastructure development. It’s ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with construction, excavation, and utility installation projects.
- Operate hand tools and support equipment setup and cleanup.
- Help with trenching, site preparation, and material handling.
- Follow all safety procedures and jobsite protocols.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Construction or utility experience helpful but not required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred; CDL is a plus.
