We're looking for a detail-oriented operator who takes pride in quality, machine setup, and maintaining high production standards.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate folder gluer machines (DGM, Diana, or similar)
- Follow production tickets and specifications accurately
- Fold and glue products to exact customer requirements
- Inspect and pack finished products for shipment
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Complete job documentation and reports accurately
- Maintain organized and clean work areas
- Meet production targets and efficiency goals
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow
What We're Looking For
- Entry-level to experienced operators welcome
- Experience setting up and running multiple jobs preferred
- Ability to read measurements and drawings
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to follow instructions independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO) is a plus
