Your Role and Impact
As a BDR on our team, you'll help bring an innovative product to security-focused mid-market organizations. You'll join a fast-moving Go-To-Market team where BDRs consistently exceed goals and grow quickly in their careers. Your focus will be on converting high-priority inbound leads via email, phone, and social media, serving as the first point of contact for potential customers. You’ll qualify prospects, educate them on our product, and book meetings for Account Executives. You're a self-starter with experience in business development, cold calling, and driving pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts. Your work will directly impact our growth by generating high-quality sales opportunities.

What You Will Do
- Own the first stage of the sales funnel by engaging with inbound leads and proactively reaching out to outbound prospects across email, phone, and social channels
- Qualify leads by identifying pain points, budget, buying timeline, and key decision-makers to ensure a strong fit for our solution and schedule meetings with our Account Executives
- Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders, understand their business challenges and tailor outreach strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all prospecting, lead interactions, and sales activity in our CRM
- Demonstrate curiosity about our customers, product, and industry by staying up to date on our offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development roles
- Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce
- Experience with sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, social selling, and sales sequencing)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
