Clinical Leadership
- Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow
- Supervise Medical Assistants and ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain consistency in clinical protocols and procedures
- Direct, train, and manage clinical staff
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Address performance issues and maintain accountability
- Assist in development and growth of aesthetic offerings
- Support and collaborate with Physician and Nurse Practitioner performing injectables
- (If trained) perform aesthetic procedures within scope and protocol
- Identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements
- Help standardize procedures and training processes
- Oversee supply management and inventory
- Active RN license (New Jersey) (Required)
- 2 years of prior leadership or supervisory experience required
- Experience in outpatient, procedural or aesthetic setting preferred
- Interest or experience in aesthetic medicine strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- You want a leadership role, not just a clinical position
- You are comfortable managing staff and driving accountability
- You are interested in aesthetics and helping grow that part of a practice
- You prefer a fast-paced outpatient setting over hospital-based care

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
