- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine, or Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- ACLS required
- PALS required
- ATLS required unless BC/EM
- 6 ED beds
- Annual ED volume: 6,000 visits, averaging 16 visits per day
- Pediatric visits: 26%
- Physician shifts: 8a–8p and 8p–8a
- Admission rate: 5.1%
- Average physician productivity: 0.31 patients per hour
- Transfer rate: 1.4%
- Specialty backup includes Gastroenterology, Urology, Cardiology, Podiatry, General Surgery, and Orthopedics
- EMR: MedHost
- Patient satisfaction score reporting and accountability
