- Engage directly with customers face-to-face to explain wireless services, fiber internet options, promotions, and bundled telecom packages in a professional and approachable manner
- Build trust, rapport, and long-term customer relationships by actively listening to their needs, providing excellent customer service, and recommending the best sales solutions
- Help drive sales performance by consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets for activations, upgrades, new accounts, and enrollments
- Lead daily field audits, coaching sessions, and Client Sales Support Representative team huddles to sharpen sales skills and boost closing ratios.
- Support scheduling, inventory tracking, and sales reporting while ensuring full compliance with Frontier campaign standards.
- Maintain a personal sales quota by executing direct acquisition strategies and modeling high-efficiency performance.
- Train and onboard new hires, driving fast mastery of Frontier products, sales procedures, and client acquisition workflows.
- Ensure accuracy in all CRM entries, documentation, and pipeline updates to support sales forecasting and strategic planning
