With mentorship from experienced sales representatives, the Client Support Representative will learn to hook clients with top-tier plans, navigate activation conversations, and reel in customer satisfaction like a pro, while building a reputation as the expert in your location.
What Will I Be Doing as a Client Support Representative?
- Recommend wireless devices, service plans, and accessories that align with customer usage patterns and AT&T’s connectivity standards.
- Facilitate sales onboarding and activation by coordinating documentation, verifying provisioning steps, and ensuring service alignment across AT&T’s platforms.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging purchase intent, service milestones, and customer interactions to support campaign sales tracking and account visibility.
- Escalate customer concerns and technical issues through structured internal workflows to preserve customer satisfaction.
- Promote device upgrades, protection plans, and bundled offers that enhance customer value and contribute to campaign sales performance.
- Analyze territory-level performance sales data and share insights to refine outreach strategies and optimize workflow efficiency.
What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as a Client Support Representative?
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications preferred to support sales strategy and customer engagement.
- Experience in wireless retail, customer support, or sales positions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to guide customers through product selection and contribute to campaign performance benchmarks.
- CRM proficient; maintains accurate, actionable records to support account tracking, territory metrics, and activation forecasting.
