Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:
- Develop knowledge of our clients, their products/services, and related industries to maintain a cutting edge
- Grow customer base by promoting and upselling account packages and building trusting relationships with potential clients
- Attend meetings and virtual conference calls to stay up to date with current market trends, client promotions, and new sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales expectations both personal and team-based goals
- Contribute to increasing customer acquisition by collaborating with fellow Customer Service Agents to improve processes, enhance success, and increase sales targets
- Overturn objections and customer concerns in a friendly, ethical, and professional manner
- Input confidential client information accurately including; account package, payment information, billing address, installation date, etc.
Customer Service Agent Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Relations, or Customer service
- Goal-oriented with the ambition to exceed goals and expectations
- Organization and adequate time management skills
- Strong passion and ability to influence positively, educate and connect with others
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights
- Creative, confidant, and exceptional public speaking abilities
- Passion for people and developing sales relationships
