Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Address customer questions and objections with confidence, using persuasive sales techniques to close deals on fiber services effectively
- Collaborate with team members and management to exchange best practices and innovative sales strategies
- Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings alongside fellow Customer Support Representatives to continuously enhance your knowledge of fiber products and sales skills
- Track and analyze personal sales metrics, adjusting your approach to consistently meet or exceed targets
- Finalize fiber service agreements and ensure a seamless, customer-focused transaction process
- Proactively identify new fiber sales opportunities within assigned territories to grow the customer base
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups to support ongoing sales efforts and customer satisfaction
Customer Support Representative Qualifications:
- Proven success or background in account management, direct sales, or a related field
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales goals, both independently and within a team of multiple Customer Support Representatives
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work autonomously
- Quick thinker skilled at overcoming objections and delivering effective solutions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to make a daily commute
