Travel Mammography Tech– 13-Week Contract | Chicago, IL

Job Type: 13-Week Travel Contract (Possible Extension)
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 10-Hour Shifts
VBeyond Healthcare is seeking an experienced Travel Mammography Tech for a 13-week hospital assignment in Chicago, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established hospital with a consistent day schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography procedures.
- Operate digital mammography and 3D tomosynthesis equipment.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during exams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with department protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
Requirements
- Active ARRT (M) Mammography Certification
- Active Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) Mammography License/Credential
- Initial Mammography Qualifications
- 3D Tomosynthesis Mammography Training
- Current Mammography Continuing Education (CE) Credits
- Minimum 1 year of recent Mammography experience preferred
