Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality mammography imaging using advanced technology.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care in a supportive environment.
- Work closely with Radiologists to provide accurate diagnostic images.
- Guide patients through sensitive exams with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain imaging quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Assist with complex patient and family concerns with strong communication skills.
- Help create a positive, efficient, and patient-centered imaging experience.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Licensure and/or fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
- Current ARRT certification.
- Advanced certification in the field of Mammography.
- Current experience as a radiology technologist.
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification.
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulatory standards.
- Ability to travel to all imaging facilities both regularly and without notice.
- Experience in Hospital Information Services (HIS)/Radiology Information System (RIS).
