Shift: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: 5×8-hour shifts/week | 40 Hours/Week

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Mendham, NJ for a contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist to provide quality patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and support positive patient outcomes in a professional healthcare environment.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, provide therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, collaborate with healthcare providers, and maintain accurate documentation while delivering safe and effective care.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and exercises.
- Follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum 1 years of professional Physical Therapist experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient care skills.
- Must meet facility onboarding and credentialing requirements.
