Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Director or Manager-level leadership role.
- Previous experience in healthcare risk management is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior acute healthcare risk management experience.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification preferred upon hire.
- Candidates without CPHRM certification must obtain it within three years of employment.
