Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing team at a skilled nursing/long-term care facility in Mandan, North Dakota. The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining high-quality resident care, and leading a team of nursing professionals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 5 years of Registered Nurse experience.
- Previous Director of Nursing experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) required.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and long-term care compliance.
- Experience managing EMR systems and clinical documentation.
- Budget management and staff development experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
