We're hiring an experienced Travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a leading medical center in Watertown, New York. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy Oncology Department while earning competitive weekly pay.
Compensation
- Gross Weekly Pay: $3,326
- Taxable Weekly Pay: $2,080
- Weekly Housing & Meals Stipend: $1,246 (for eligible travelers)
- Taxable Hourly Rate: $52.00
- Blended Hourly Rate: $83.20
- Overtime & Holiday Rate: $78.00/hour
- 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
Assignment Details
- Location: Watertown, NY
- Department: Oncology
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Start Date: August 10, 2026
- Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Schedule: 40 Hours per Week
- No On-Call
- Floating May Be Required
Minimum Qualifications
- Active New York Radiation Therapist License (Required at submission)
- Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience
- Previous travel experience required
- Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
- ARRT Registered
- Current BLS (BCLS) Certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Varian TrueBeam
- Experience with Varian IX
- Experience using ARIA Oncology Information System
- Oncology experience preferred
