Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and LENEL-certified Security Service Technician to join our

team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience installing,

servicing, and troubleshooting electronic security systems, including access control,

intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot LENEL security systems and other electronic

security hardware/software.

• Perform system upgrades, configurations, and diagnostics.

• Read blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and wiring.

• Provide exceptional technical support to clients and internal teams.

• Maintain clear documentation and service logs.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• LENEL Certified (OnGuard certifications or equivalent).

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with electronic security systems.

• Strong understanding of IP networking, low voltage wiring, and system integration.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional platforms (e.g., Genetec, Axis, Bosch, DMP, Software

house, Avigilon, Milestone, Honeywell).

• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection integration.

• Certifications in additional security or networking platforms (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco,

etc.).
